Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, and Honey Dip

I make this dip all of the time and just love it. Like a lot of other things on my blog, I try to keep the flavor high while also keeping the healthiness high! It's a great after work or workout snack as it's healthy and filling with a ton of protein.

I also love this dip because you can change the amount of each ingredient depending on your mood. Only want a little cinnamon? Just add a little cinnamon. Want a lot? Add a lot! You get the idea :)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut butter (I used creamy but am sure chunky would work fine)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
Directions:
  1. Combine ingredients! That's it!
Usually I eat this with an apple, but have also eaten it with banana and it tastes great. This would be an awesome spread on a sandwich with banana... maybe a future blog post :)

You can also use almond butter!

Enjoy!

  1. Is the 1/c cup Greek yogurt supposed to say 1/2 cup? Or is it 1 cup?
This recipe looks delicious, can't wait to try it!

  4. You can also use PB2 (a powdered form of Peanut Butter) and a little Splenda or Stevia instead of honey. I eat this with apples too! it tastes great...
