There is a cute Italian store close to my parent's house that sells delicious, reasonably priced pasta and cheeses. I bought a prosciutto stuffed tortellini, stirred in pre-made pesto, and topped with parmesan cheese. In my mind, any pasta topped with parmesan cheese is delicious.
One day, I'd like to make homemade pesto. And tortellini. One day...
