Garlic Zucchini




Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 zucchinis, cut into half moons
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic and zucchini
  3. Cook about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until zucchini is tender and browned in spots
  4. Season with salt and pepper
