Peanuty Ramen Pad Thai

I never knew what Ramen was until my college roommate freshman year started making it. I never liked it too much, but it's the easiest thing from time to time. I love a peanty sauce, so I decided to spice this one up a bit!

  • 1 package of Ramen
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • Scallions
  • Egg, hard boiled
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  1.  Boil Ramen noodles per directions, and then pour off most of the liquid
  2. While hot, add soy sauce and peanut butter
  3. Top with chopped scallions, chopped hard boiled egg, and crushed red pepper
