I love ordering salmon Cesaer salad from restaurants, but usually they're expensive and they pour too much dressing on, making it unhealthy. This is a really quick meal, hearty, and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Romaine lettuce
- Cesaer dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Make salmon according to directions found in Salmon Scrambled Eggs
- Shred salmon from cubes with fork
- Top romaine with salmon, dressing, and Parmesan cheese
