Beer Dip

Cooking with alcohol, and specifically beer, intrigues me. When I made Beer Candied Bacon, I used Budweiser. For this dip, I decided to use Goose Island. Easy and delicious!

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing packet
  • 2/3 c. beer (I used Goose Island but you can use anything!)
  • Pretzels
  1. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and beer together on low
  2. Stir in cheese
  3. Serve with pretzels
I let mine sit in the refrigerator for about an hour to clump up the consistency
