Cooking with alcohol, and specifically beer, intrigues me. When I made Beer Candied Bacon, I used Budweiser. For this dip, I decided to use Goose Island. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 envelope ranch dressing packet
- 2/3 c. beer (I used Goose Island but you can use anything!)
- Pretzels
- Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and beer together on low
- Stir in cheese
- Serve with pretzels
