Perfect post-workout meal.
Ingredients:
- One slice of bread
- One egg
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
- Grapefruit (optional)
- Heat skillet on medium heat
- Cut out circle of bread (I used a cup)
- Put butter on skillet and wait until it melts and it's hot (throw one drop of water on pan - if it's hot enough, the water will evaporate and sizzle immediately)
- Place bread over butter, and then crack egg on insider
- Cover and watch for edges to start turning white
- Spray top of bread and egg with olive oil or butter
- Flip and cook for a few more minutes
