Eggs Sunny Side Up


Perfect post-workout meal.

Ingredients:
  • One slice of bread
  • One egg
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
  • Grapefruit (optional)
Directions:
  1. Heat skillet on medium heat
  2. Cut out circle of bread (I used a cup)
  3. Put butter on skillet and wait until it melts and it's hot (throw one drop of water on pan - if it's hot enough, the water will evaporate and sizzle immediately)
  4. Place bread over butter, and then crack egg on insider
  5. Cover and watch for edges to start turning white
  6. Spray top of bread and egg with olive oil or butter
  7. Flip and cook for a few more minutes
Instead of throwing out the piece of bread, I decided to toast it and spread peanut butter on it.
