Pesto Pasta

One of the easier meals that I probably eat once a week. It's good hot, but I like it even better when it's cold. I sometimes make a big batch on Sunday, and then eat it throughout the week.

  • One box of pasta (any kind works)
  • 3 tbsp. pesto
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  1.  Cook pasta according to directions
  2. After straining pasta, top with pesto and evenly stir
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese when ready to eat
I've started adding some red pepper flakes to kick up the spice, so add if you're interested!
