One of the easier meals that I probably eat once a week. It's good hot, but I like it even better when it's cold. I sometimes make a big batch on Sunday, and then eat it throughout the week.
Ingredients:
- One box of pasta (any kind works)
- 3 tbsp. pesto
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to directions
- After straining pasta, top with pesto and evenly stir
- Top with Parmesan cheese when ready to eat
