Chicken Cesaer Salad


I love chicken cesaer salad and could probably eat it everyday. It's simple, relatively healthy (as long as you keep the dressing and croutons in check), and delicious. I figured out the absolute easiest way to shred chicken, and then all you have to do is throw everything together and enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Croutons
  • Cesaer dressing
  • Parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. Follow directions for Easy Shredded Chicken
  2. Top lettuce with chicken, croutons, cheese, and dressing
Instead of pouring dressing on a salad, it's a lot healthier to dip your knife into the dressing and then into the salad for each bite. You eat a lot less dressing, but every bite tastes the same!
