I love chicken cesaer salad and could probably eat it everyday. It's simple, relatively healthy (as long as you keep the dressing and croutons in check), and delicious. I figured out the absolute easiest way to shred chicken, and then all you have to do is throw everything together and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- Croutons
- Cesaer dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Follow directions for Easy Shredded Chicken
- Top lettuce with chicken, croutons, cheese, and dressing
