Squid Ink Tagliatelle

I'm obsessed with Eataly. I went for the first time a few weeks ago and was completely overwhelmed - I just wanted to eat everything in sight. I wanted to buy some fresh pasta, and the squid ink tagliatelle caught my eye. I only had to cook it for 3 minutes! How fresh is that?! Run to Eataly (if you're in the Chicago or NYC area :)) and pick this up!

I served this with olive oil, fresh Parmesan, and Homemade Garlic Bread
