Baked Turkey and Beef Meatballs

I've made meatballs before, but I wanted to try a combination of turkey and beef. These turned out really good!

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, chopped into small pieces
  • 8 cloves of garlic, mined
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 4 tsp. dried oreganp
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • Dash of pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add the beef and turkey to a large bowl
  3. Top with chopped onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, a dash of pepper, and the egg
  4. Mix with hands
  5. Make fold ball sized balls and put on top of a lined baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through
I ate these with roasted tomatoes and spaghetti squash with olive oil.
