Zucchini Chili Boats

 


The chili I made (recipe here) made a TON of it, so I'm trying to get creative with how to eat it. Poured into scooped out zucchini was so good as it added a really fresh crunch.

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Take as many zucchinis as you want to eat, clean, cut in half, and scoop out seeds
  2. If chili is not hot, heat up
  3. Pour chili into the "boats"
