Parmesan and Garlic Roasted Potatoes


I love a good roasted potato. Add two of my other favorite things - parmesan and garlic - and I was hooked! This was really easy to make and an excellent side dish.

  • 14 small potatoes
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Pour butter in a cookie sheet (with high edges) and spread evenly
  3. Sprinkle cheese and garlic powder over
  4. Clean potatoes and cut in half
  5. Place potatoes face down on top of butter and garlic
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes
  7. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before scraping out with a spatula
