Shrimp, Avocado, and Hot Salsa Salad

 

This was so freaking good. I tried to make a huge portion to eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day, but I ate all of it in one sitting! I can't wait to make this again.

Ingredients:
  • One avocado
  • 1/4 c. hot salsa (from Trader Joes)
  • 1 c. cooked shrimp
Directions:
  1. Cut up shrimp into cubes and do the same with the avocado
  2. Combine and cover in salsa
