Cheesy Potato and Egg Hash


Love a good hearty cheesy egg and potato breakfast!

  • One baking potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. whipping cream
  • 2 slices of white American cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet
  2. Slice potato into thin strips and add to skillet

  3. After cooking for 3 minutes, flip over, top with cheese, eggs, and cream
  4. Chop everything up and cook until everything is done. Top with salt and pepper
