Creamy Garlic Broccoli


I love blanched broccoli, but I wanted to fancy this dish up a bit. It was SO easy and really delicious.

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1/2 c. garlic hummus
  • Salt
  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil
  2. Meanwhile, clean broccoli and cut into florets
  3. Add broccoli to water and cook for about 1 minute 20 seconds
  4. Put broccoli into a strainer and shake off water
  5. Put broccoli in bowl and add hummus while still hot and mix well
