Roasted Brussels Sprouts


I never likes Brussels sprouts until my Mom made them with bacon for Thanksgiving. Now I'm hooked! Roasted is my favorite way to eat them. Sometimes I cut them in half before roasting, but this time I decided to roast whole and I loved it.

  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut off the ends of the sprouts and remove any dirty leaves
  3. Add the sprouts to a bowl and pour the olive oil and salt over
  4. Mix with your hands
  5. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes
  6. If you wish, sprinkle with more salt or other seasonings (such as garlic powder)
