Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Red Pepper Flake Avocado


This was the easiest and most delicious snacks I've ever eaten, on or off the Whole30 challenge. I love the combination of avocado and olive oil, the salt adds to the olive oil, and the red pepper gives a great kick.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  1. Cut avocado in half and remove pit
  2. Pour olive oil over avocado and sprinkle with salt and red pepper
  3. That's it!
