I have been in such a chocolate/candy mood lately. Chocolate covered Oreos have always been a favorite of mine, and I thought they would be even better homemade.
Ingredients:
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- Oreos (I used Halloween)
- Cover baking sheet in wax paper
- Melt chocolate according to directions here
- Dip Oreos into chocolate
- Put on wax paper
- I put Reese's Pieces on top once chocolate was still soft
- Put in fridge or freezer until chocolate is set
