The chili I made (recipe here) made a TON of it, so I'm trying to get creative with how to eat it. Poured into scooped out zucchini was so good as it added a really fresh crunch.
Ingredients:
- Chili
- Zucchini
- Take as many zucchinis as you want to eat, clean, cut in half, and scoop out seeds
- If chili is not hot, heat up
- Pour chili into the "boats"
