Dog Cupcakes

 

Our dog's first birthday was this February, so I wanted to make him and his siblings some cupcakes. They were delicious (I'm assuming as the dogs ate them in about 5 seconds) :)

Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. peanut butter
• 1/4 c. olive oil
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/3 c. honey
• 1 c. shredded carrots
• 1 c. whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 c. cream cheese
• Spray cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and take the cream cheese out of the fridge to soften
2. Spray a cupcake tin with cooking spray
3. Combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, vanilla, and honey
4. Stir in the carrots
5. Stir in the flour and baking soda
6. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake holes
7. Bake for 40 minutes
8. Cook completely
9. Spread cream cheese over cupcakes for the icing
10. Design on top with the spray cheese
