I'm not a huge tuna person and I LOVED this! It was so filling that I didn't need a snack between lunch and dinner (which rarely happens) and I almost licked the bowl it was so good.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 c. hot salsa
- 1/4 c. homemade mayo
- Dash of sea salt
- Dash of garlic powder
- Mash everything together
- I ate about 1/3 c. at a time with a few cups of spinach.
