I've been scrambling so many eggs lately I wanted to try something new. It really wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- Bring a pan of water to almost boiling
- Add the vinegar to the water
- Crack eggs into a small cup, then slowly pour the egg into the water
- Move the whites by the yolk with a spoon
- Turn off the heat and put the lid on top
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Remove each egg with a spoon
