I am craving a huge plate of nacho chips smothered with nacho cheese sauce and sour cream. Since that is not possible right now, I thought I could take the
Spicy Plantain Chips I made as a base, top with
Chili, and cut up avocado. I went into this meal negatively thinking, "No way is this going to make this craving go away" and I was blown away! This is such an awesome combination. No leftovers!
I also did this with sweet potato chips as a base:
