This was so freaking good. I tried to make a huge portion to eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day, but I ate all of it in one sitting! I can't wait to make this again.
Ingredients:
- One avocado
- 1/4 c. hot salsa (from Trader Joes)
- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- Cut up shrimp into cubes and do the same with the avocado
- Combine and cover in salsa
