I make this dip all of the time and just love it. Like a lot of other things on my blog, I try to keep the flavor high while also keeping the healthiness high! It's a great after work or workout snack as it's healthy and filling with a ton of protein.
I also love this dip because you can change the amount of each ingredient depending on your mood. Only want a little cinnamon? Just add a little cinnamon. Want a lot? Add a lot! You get the idea :)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Peanut butter (I used creamy but am sure chunky would work fine)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Combine ingredients! That's it!
You can also use almond butter!

DeleteYou can also use PB2 (a powdered form of Peanut Butter) and a little Splenda or Stevia instead of honey. I eat this with apples too! it tastes great...
