Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 zucchinis, cut into half moons
- Salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add garlic and zucchini
- Cook about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until zucchini is tender and browned in spots
- Season with salt and pepper
