What I love about these pizzas is that you can customize them however you want. It would be a really good idea to make for a group of people, and everyone could decide what they want. I was also thinking of using pesto next time instead of pizza sauce
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough (store bought, or make two ingredient pizza dough! Recipe here)
- 10 oz. pizza sauce
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into 24 slices
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Any pizza toppings you want
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
- Stretch out slices of your dough and press into the muffin cups
- Bake for about 10 minutes (I didn't do this the first time around and the dough was super doughy when everything else was ready)
- Put a small piece of mozzarella in the bottom of each pizza
- Top with a tablespoon of pizza sauce, more mozzarella, any toppings you want (we used green pepper), parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted
Enjoy!
