Sauteed Spinach with Hot Salsa and Avocado



Another delicious, colorful, filling breakfast!

Ingredients:
  • 2 c. spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 c. hot salsa
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet
  2. Add spinach and cook until all spinach wilts down
  3. Add salsa and cut up avocado on top of spinach
