Another delicious, colorful, filling breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 2 c. spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 c. hot salsa
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet
- Add spinach and cook until all spinach wilts down
- Add salsa and cut up avocado on top of spinach
