This was the easiest and most delicious snacks I've ever eaten, on or off the Whole30 challenge. I love the combination of avocado and olive oil, the salt adds to the olive oil, and the red pepper gives a great kick.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit
- Pour olive oil over avocado and sprinkle with salt and red pepper
- That's it!
