I never likes Brussels sprouts until my Mom made them with bacon for Thanksgiving. Now I'm hooked! Roasted is my favorite way to eat them. Sometimes I cut them in half before roasting, but this time I decided to roast whole and I loved it.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut off the ends of the sprouts and remove any dirty leaves
- Add the sprouts to a bowl and pour the olive oil and salt over
- Mix with your hands
- Pour onto a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes
- If you wish, sprinkle with more salt or other seasonings (such as garlic powder)
