White Chocolate and Peppermint Coated Mini Pretzels

 
Chocolate coated pretzels are one of my favorite things. Add peppermint and I'm hooked! I used mini pretzels for a small quick treat.

Ingredients:
  • Pretzels (I used minis)
  • White chocolate chips
  • Peppermint candy canes
Directions:
  1. Put chocolate chips in a bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring at every stop, until chips are melted through
  2. Put candy canes in a bag and hit with a hammer
  3. Spread bits out on a plate
  4. Put wax paper on top of a baking sheet
  5. Dip pretzels from chocolate to peppermint, and place on baking sheet
  6. Place in fridge until hardened
