Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower with Blue Cheese


Ingredients:
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Rinse cauliflower, dry, and cut into florets
  3. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil
  4. Pour olive oil, salt, and pepper over cauliflower and mix with hands
  5. Add to baking sheet
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes
  7. Meanwhile, mix together Frank's sauce and butter
  8. When cauliflower is done, pour sauce over and top with blue cheese
