Beef Bolognese and Parmesan Bagel Sandwich

While I was making a classic Pizza Bagel, I was thinking what kind of meat I could put on. Then I remembered my Mom made some beef bolognese the other day... and I thought, "There's sauce in there, AND meat! Delicious meat!"

This was one of the greatest things I have ever made AND ever eaten!

  • One bagel
  • 1/4 c. beef bolognese
  • 1/8 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut bagel in half and lightly toast
  3. Top with beef bolognese
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbles
