We needed a good veggie for our New Years Eve dinner, and asparagus sounded perfect!
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Salt and pepper
- Remember when storing asparagus to keep it in water in the fridge
So many uses for my Will's cup! - When ready to cook, clean and cut off about an inch of the ends
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil
- Add asparagus and cook for 5 minutes
- Remove and add to ice water
- Drain and ate salt and pepper
