Ingredients:
- One head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of curry powder
- Rinse off cauliflower and dry with paper towel
- In a medium pan, add water and wait until boiling
- Cut cauliflower into florets and add into water
- Cook for about 6 minutes, or until soft (but not too soft!)
- Drain and shake off excess water
- Add florets into food processor with coconut oil and pulse until consistency of rice
- Add spices
- Pulse again until mixed
