I follow someone named Valentina Zelyaeva on Instagram, a Ralph Lauren spokesmodel. She posted something a few days ago that you can soak almonds for 8-12 hours and peel the skin off. I had never heard of that! So I wanted to try it. It's amazing how different it tastes from a regular almond! I loved it.
Ingredients:
- Raw almonds, however many you like
- Water
- Put almonds in cup and cover in water
- Soak for at least 8 hours (I did 24)
- Drain
- Peel the skins off (Be prepared- this takes forever! Though it's sort of fun)
