The combination of red hot sauce and blue cheese is one of the greatest. So I thought I would add it to scrambled eggs. Loved it!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk (I used skim)
- 2 tbsp. Franks red hot sauce
- 1/8 c. blue cheese
- Put nonstick skillet over medium heat and let butter melt
- Meanwhile, scramble eggs with milk and half of the red hot sauce and half of the cheese
- Add to skillet
- Cook until eggs start to set and scramble
- When eggs are done, top with rest of sauce and cheese
