When you're doing the Whole 30 Challenge, you eat a lot of eggs. I had SO much chili, so I thought I would add it to the eggs to change things up. It was actually quite delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Homemade Paleo Chili
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet
- Whisk eggs and whisk in chili
- Pour into skillet and cook until eggs are done
